Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Tiny Tots Secret Sauce, you are signing up to receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Available delivery frequencies may include every 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

Automatic Renewal and Payments

Your subscription will automatically renew according to your selected delivery schedule until you cancel it. Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for each recurring order.

Subscribe & Save Discount

Eligible subscription products receive the subscription discount displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription pricing, product availability, shipping charges, and applicable taxes may change over time.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through your customer account or through the subscription management link provided in your subscription emails. You may:

• Skip an upcoming delivery
• Pause your subscription
• Resume a paused subscription
• Update your shipping information
• Update your payment information
• Cancel your subscription

Canceling or Changing Your Subscription

There is no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee. You may cancel, pause, or make changes to your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.

Once a recurring order has been processed and your payment method has been charged, we may not be able to cancel or modify that order.

Canceling your subscription will stop future recurring orders and charges. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

Payment Issues

If your payment method cannot be successfully charged, additional payment attempts may be made. You may be asked to update your payment information. Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be successfully completed.

Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped according to the delivery frequency you select. Shipping charges and applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated according to the terms shown for your order. Please make sure your shipping address is current before an upcoming subscription order is processed.

Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Because Tiny Tots Secret Sauce sells food products, returns may be limited. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.
